Grandpa gave us tickets to a Cardinals game a few weeks ago - we almost didn't take Boden because the game didn't start until 7pm and we knew it would run into bedtime, but we decided to give it a shot anyway. Boden was such a little Cardinals fan! He cheered "Let's Go Cardinal's" the whole way downtown and all through the game. He sat for 6 innings straight on my lap without fussing or trying to get down and run around. When we did decide to get up and walk around, he just whined "Watch the game!" He's such a little sports fan - just like Daddy & Grandpa.

I hear the new stadium is amazing! That's great that he knew to sit and enjoy the game. When my folks to Wyatt to a Cards game a year ago, he wouldn't sit still for even one inning! :)
Hi there! From one Cards fan to another and from one Brueseke to another, I hope you don't mind me stopping by and saying Hi. :) I found your blog through a Brueseke google search.
I'm originally from St. Louis but now living in Iowa. I'm guessing we'd be distantly related in one way or another. My family descended from 4 Brueseke (Brüseke) siblings that came from Germany in the late 1800's, and whose families settled in Missouri and surrounding area. I was actually adopted into the Brueseke family, but I consider myself a full part of the family. :)
Anyway, just thought I'd say hello.
